I have a Rush 72 and at the moment I have a ton of medical supplies in it but iv been thinking of using space more wisely.  Iv been looking to get This or This. The Rush has a lot more room but what would you pick? Thanks

MY two Favorite ones are the ATS Med kit and the BFG Trauma Kit Now!.
I currently wear the BFG TKN! and have it crammed full of stuff. It's easy to get at and I tied it down with some bungee cord inside so I can't lose the sleeve.

For backpacks I haven't found anything yet to beat the North American rescue packs we get issued.

I have a TT medic pouch on my belt, and an M5 pack. I am very happy with both. The pouch is a bit larger than most the other IFAK's, although not too large for a belt. The M5 has Velcro dividers to allow you to configure it exactly how you want. i have a pretty comprehensive BLS kit in mine with room to spare.

You are kind of compairing apples and cantalopes here.  I have had great sucess with removable type pouches with velcro on the back.  I use the condor emt pouch.  Train and use it on all call outs with a drop bag if searching large buildings.
