I wanted to ask if anyone knows where I could purchase either S.A.L.U.T.E.  and/or SitRep flashcards or notepads?  Does anyone know if this sort of thing is even available?
I am trying to put together a recon/surveillance oriented go bag for our department's tactical response team and thought a notepad or flashcards with this info would be convenient for whomever is assigned to intel gathering.   Thanks for any help.

Now that is interesting.

If I was in your position, I would make my own and laminate them.

This. I have a two page cheat sheet with sit reps, salute and nine line medevac/ UXO codes. Laminated it on my last tour. Ill see if I can dig it up.

Just never saw the need SALUTE/SALT for smart cards but it makes sense... Might be onto something

5"x8" note cards. Write what you want. Laminate.

Or this if you need a decent amount.

Thanks guys for the replies.  I think making my own might be the way to go.  For any of you that have done so, would you make recommendations on what worked for you?

I have a 9-line medevac card. I just covered it in clear packing tape. It's not the best solution, but it's cheap, and it lasts long enough. If it degrades I can just make a new one in 5-10 minutes.

It is very common here to carry laminated cards with these sorts of reports.

I like to use laminated index cards, the size fits well in our pockets. You could print off pages and laminate them, but I would print them on cardstock (thicker paper) and they won't get beat to hell quickly.

Your dept requirements will be pretty specific but for our cards I always leave room or a line where I can write the info down with permanent/dry erase markers the same exact way as I would call it up on coms. It helps when you get tired or you might have to throw your notecard at another guy to call it up while you are doing whatever you are doing, so he can't fuck it up.

Rite in the Rain sells index cards.....

Write what you want on them, punch a hole in the corner, put a piece of 550 cord through it and lanyard them to the inside of your admin pouch.  There's no need to laminate, and you can write on them like a scratch pad before you get on the radio and start saying "um" about 20 times.

Didn't the Infantry Leader's protractor (4" or so square with a hole in the center and index lines along 1 edge) have that?

ETA - NOT the clear one - mine was solid white plastic and had a bunch of other refs on it.
