For those in the know - Paramedics, Doctors, etc.   Are there any temperature requirements to store QuikClot ?  I want to keep one of their trauma packs in my car for emergencies, but I live in Georgia and it gets in the high 90s during the summer outside and even hotter in the car.   I know QuikClot is used in the Middle East by soldiers in extreme heat, but I wasn't sure if there were stated temperature requirements for the gauze to work properly.

I looked on QuikClots website and searched, but I can't find any mention of storage when it comes to temperature, only the expiration date.

Any info you can share?

I'm no expert... But I'll point out that QuikClot is heavily issued with deployed troops in the field... I doubt they're keeping that shit in a mini-fridge on every Humvee, yet the stuff still seems to work.

But I think the cooler you can keep it, the longer the shelf life will probably be.
