I didn't see any mention of this, but wanted to let you all know about it. About two months or so ago, I got an email from OpticsPlanet.com letting me know that a new website called dvor.com would be coming out that sells tactical gear for discounted prices. It seemed to be like a groupon type offering for tactical equipment and accessories. So when it came out, I noticed they had great prices on 5-10 items in each catagory that expired in a couple of days or when they sold their allotment.
If you haven't seen it yet, you could check out the dvor.com website and register for a free account. Everyday I get an email letting me know what is up for grabs and some of the stuff I have bought have been great deals. Not everything is great prices, but some things are less than I could find other places. If you use it, what have your experiences been like? |
| I followed the site for two months, all the deals were horrible. The prices were only $5 less than what optics planet normally charges, they just wanted to lure people in with the whole "omg secret private club prices" aspect and hope no one does research. Chances are you can find the same item on sale or for a better price on a differen website. |

I'm sorry you've had issues when shopping with us. We really go out of our way to do our best to take care of everyone, so if there's anything specific you've struggled with, please send me a PM. I will mention that we do have an extensive warehouse, with over 100,000 products in our inventory. You can actually see pictures of our warehouse here.. And take another look at Dvor.com. The deals vary, but some are huge. I'm not allowed to even mention how good some of the prices are, because we have agreements with manufacturers not to publish prices below a certain point. | I haven't ordered from Dvor.com yet but look at the deals as they come in. I've been close to ordering a few things in the past but decided I didn't really need them and was just considering buying them because the deal was so good. Sure, if you look elsewhere the prices aren't much higher but every once in a while they have a really good deal. Those usually sell out quickly. |
