YMMV but the R.A.I.D. is a great pack.
I have one ACU, CB and MC...and I wish I would have gotten the COBRA in MC (only have FG and CB).

I adore my A-III. But I don't add extra pouches to my assault packs. I can already make it heavy enough as it is.
The RAID has a ton of Molle space, but I find the A-III rides better, and is much more comfortable. You really can't go wrong with either.

I know you just want to hear input on these 2 packs but you might be better served by telling us what you are going to use it for. There may be other packs that will serve your purposes better
