I have almost everything I need for a first aid kit but I have nothing to put it in. I was thinking of something I can attach to my BOB if I ever get on or find the right one.

Aw, come on bro! You got to give us more info than that. Honestly, for sarters a IFAk question doesnt do any godo until we know how much gear you are carrying. "IFAK" can vary greatly depending on the person and need. Which would vary the size or mounting options.
