I'm a bit emotional about it all (wipes away tear). Not only did they at long last give me what I want, but they improved it. Gen 2 stuff rocks. |

Just ordered COMBAT PANTS and Knee Pads. Kit is getting complete!! The Combat Pants are $179. A lot cheaper than the $500+ they have been going for on Ebay... hay, when you ( and anybody else ) get them in, you want to post about it, cause there have been reports about their sizing being "off" on the big size. |

I think the sizes are about right. I had 36L, 34L and 34R Just to try the different sizes. I am like a 35 and I went 34L if you are in between sizes go the smaller you don't want the pants to be to baggy the 36L were a bit to baggy around the knee down and the knee pads would flop around to much. 
ETA: On the height issue I am 6'2" and would not go with the long pant if I was any shorter. |

Thats what took the web site so long to get up and running they were waiting on the pads and now there gone. well that sucks that was the whole reason I was interested in them just as well since I'm unemployed spending $ on shit I don't need ( but want, to make me ), is well you know, and I already have an ass load of Multicam uniforms anyways

They are making pads all day long even though its only one person. You should have got a order confirmation with a order number mine is 202 so hopefully it won't be too long.

The pants and shirts I ordered were in-stock in my size, so that's what is most important.
The pads are universal and I don't mind waiting if I have to. ETA: Just talked to CP on the phone. If you request it, they will ship your in-stock items now ans ship the pads once they are made. |

| I can't quite figure out how the knee pads work on the pants. From the pictures it shows the pads on the outside, but the description says that the pads go in a pocket, which would suggest to me that they are on the inside. Can anyone explain better how they are attached to the pants? Seems to me that it would make sense to have the hard plastic piece on the outside to help keep the knees from ripping out. |
