| I ordered an armor package from them, they quoted me for three weeks just for the armor to get in, and then another 3-5 days to ships. Total wait time was about 2 weeks. They are great guys to deal with, call them for stock availability, but you will not go wrong with them. |

here's my experience....
i've been looking for a Tactical Tailor E&E vertical pouch in black. (no one anywhere has one it seems BTW). i finally found one on their website, so i ordered promptly. i received the autmated order confirmation and that's about it. the chargesat pending for 6 days before it disappeared. no follow up. no explanation. i didnt bother calling. personally i deduced that they did not have one in stock as the website does not now list the E&E pouch in black. but not even a return email stating the sale was canceled due to being out of stock... not exactly the epitome of customer service. they did not want to bother so i say F 'em in my book. the search continues.... |
