I just recieved a tactical tailor MOLLE vest from a member of arfcom, only thing is I don't quite know whats needed and don't have the time to do alot of research on it Only things I have for it currently are a flashlight pouuch and a blackhawk holster for my G21 and thats it.
what I'm looking for is Hydration, Pmag pouches and G21 mag pouches. Anything else I need to consider? How many mags are really needed? where should I get them from, links appriciated so I can just order and go. While I would prefer not to spend a fortune on the stuff but at the same time I would to buy it once and buy it right, hence why i'm asking for your advice Thanks in Advance guys |

Ah, young grasshopper, you can only buid your path if you know your direction......
And deckin' out a vest is the same thing. You really cant get to crazy until you run it and figure out what you need. Most guys I know, their kit set up change alot.... evelotuion is a better phrase. But some things to think about. If its 3 gun stuff, then you are more low drag, high speed and less is better. SHTF set up? Start with a first aid kit and some generic utilty pouches to hold other stuff. Food, maps, survival gear, compass, gps, etc. Multi-puporse tool is a good one, single hand gun mag is great for the pouch. |
| For your PMags I like TT's triple shingles. Hydration, their basic or mod pouch on the back. I run a TT medical pouch on a TT tear off panel so who ever is working on me can set it down where they need it. I run a quad HSGI pistol mag set with 3 pistol mags and a surefire light in them. |
