I've been looking for an inexepensive decent softshell jacket in tan.  I've looked at the TAD gear ones as well as the Beyond ones, but I just can't justify spending $150-$300 on a light jacket (would rather put that money towards ammo).  It doesn't have to be tacticool or anything like that, just a decent softshell in tan for the fall.  So can anyone recommend any brands or jackets that may fit that bill?

Check out Costco and Sams clubs... I have seen plenty of ndecent softshells for under $50.

That being said I own a TAD Stealth Hoodie and couldn't be happier with it.  I sold my NF Apex Bionic jacket once I got the TAD.  TAD does have their SS Jackets (not hoodies) on sale right now but they are $150 and $199.  Great jackets though.

If having it in tan isn't a deal breaker the Free Country softshell jackets are pretty damn good for the money. Here's is one at Kohl's in black. I have one in OD I got last year.
