I have a TAG releasable CIRAS vest.  Basically a clone of the Eagle CIRAS.  Size medium.  Why won't my brand new Medium sized Quantom BALCS/SPEAR cut armor fit in the vest?  TAG says their vest takes BALCS cut armor.

Need some help or recommendations here.

Shoot me your email address and I'll send a copy of the BALCS measurement chart, that shows the measurements of the various sized panels.  If they are true BALCS cut and size, they should work.  Someone (or both) is off.

As expected...the manufacturer sent me the wrong size....or is mismarked.  My new BALCS is marked medium, but no way in hell will fit my medium TAG carrier.

I would say about 1" to 1.5" on average.  I 'can' fit it in...but the armor doesn't lay flat and bunches up/rolls over.  Not good...or comfortable.

Compared with teh measurements in the file I sent, does it match any of the sizes?

The actual measurements of my new armor are spot on with what you sent.  It appears they sent me a "large" but it is marked medium on the manufacturer's tag.  My measurements are consitent with the large measurements in your email you sent me.
