I have a 3 mag pouch that I am about to trade..it has alice straps.My question is will it accept the mole style straps.Could I change them out from the alice?

The guy has a molle set up and was wanting to know if it could be made to work?

There are MOLLE to ALICE adapters available...can't recall exactly who all might carry them but I have seen them at the local Surplus store...time to google.

um yeah

it *could* be done - you will still have the same issue that plagued ALICE/'56/61/67/LC1/LC2 gear... namely flop

since the minimal row spacing is three inches to the ALICE/belt of 2 1/4 inches.

if this three mag pouch is a GI issue mag pouch then no it will not accept MALICE clips as the clip channels are too narrow

ive seen guys with LCE 3rd mag pouches on molle, i just assumed zip ties.
