a few orders as others said a little slow but not terrible. i did have one issue with ordering some suture's. they sent heart cath wire instead. i called and told them the difference<they didn't know any better>. told me to keep or toss the cath wire and doubled my suture order when they shipped the correct order. also included a hand written "sorry we boned the order" note. i thought it was a nice touch. good folks and i have no problems ordering from thm again. |

I ordered some things from them like 7 years ago. They royally fucked up the order. It was obvious they didn't have the items I wanted in stock so they just sent similar items. Instead of sending USGI trigger mittens and liners, they just sent 2 pairs of liners. I ordered the extreme cold weather surplus bag, they sent the intermediate. The ALICE pack I ordered was in terrible shape with broken frame and straps. I called them on the phone their response was just for me to mail it back on my dime, no mention about sending out the correct items or a refund. I was a lot younger then so I just let it go. It was a long time ago, but I would never do business with them again. |
