Also referred to hear as the "Jack Bauer" bag. I think they would be great for traveling and would like to get one. There is the thead "If it's good enough for Jack Bauer..." that has a couple of recommendations but I'd like to see more if you have them. I am looking for something that is well made. I do remember seeing a link to a site that even had a video of the bag in action. Now that was an awesome looking bag. Also, please provide a link to any recommendations you make. Thanks, |

I've been searching for a good bag since that thread. All I can find either looks like cheaply made China shit with one large gaggle fuck compartment or something that looks like it was ordered from BADASSFUCKINGTACTICALSHIT.com. The best I can find so far are military map bags. |

I just bought one of these bags. link Very versital, it has 2 belt attachments and thigh attachment for stability. It does hold 6 AR mags but only 3 AK mags. |

Probably the best attache case I've owned. And it has an internal holster. |

www.aerostich.com/catalog/US/Rider-Bags-p-1-c-279.html Rubber lined, very well made, velcro and plastic snaps. Big retro-reflective stripe on the top flap but it looks like it is just stiched on. Mine has held up in very well over the use and years. |
This is the one I was looking for. Order placed. Thanks. |
I am smack dab in the middle of Miami so my 'trunk' bag is designed around that (ie: no water filter, emergency blanket type of stuff) One set of (vacuum bagged): Underwear Dress socks Sweat socks thin polarfleece top polo shirt Two complete MREs 4 16.9oz Aquafinas Paracord (VB'd) Monocular (Golf scope LOL) Pistol cleaning kit (in-its-own-handle), patches Baseball cap Toilet paper (VB'd) Masking tape, wrapped around old credit card to make flat (VB'd) Swiss Army Knife 2pr ear plugs and one pair of rubberized earplugs all that (and what is below) still leaves some room for another complete, packaged, MRE in the main compartment. The vacuum bagging really does the trick when it comes to the clothing. If I were to break down the two MREs I could probably fit them in one forward compartment. This way I could make room for a set of pants, rolled up in the main compartment and I guess I would have to think of something else for that outer pocket, maybe a pocket smoke and/or CS gas canister Contents of the green bag: ![]() And then: homey clip (G18 31rnd magazine w/ +2 extension) and standard clip for Glock 19 ![]() ![]() Gratuitous pic of CS gas canister Available here: www.keepshooting.com/selfdefense/teargas/clear_out_teargas6oz.htm
