other than hgsi and tactical tailor, who makes drop leg rigs for ar mags?

i've decided i'm going with a safariland 6004 on my right leg, a m4 style drop leg on my left, a duty belt with dual cuff cases and magazine pouches. and a good level III vest

Eagle and Blackhawk Industries should have some, as well.

+1 for the Eagle
You can also piece one together from Spec-Ops

london bridge, eagle, black hawk and spec ops all make good drop legs.

Safariland makes one.  It uses the same base as the 6004 holster with mag carriers screwed to it.  The mag carriers are made of Kydex but you can only fit three carriers on the base plate.  I think Safariland makes double stack Kydex mag carriers and if they do you could carry six mags.  You would in effect have identical rigs on both your right and left thighs, one with your sidearm and one with your mags.

Pretty much all of hte gear makers have some form of drop leg for AR mags, and the rest of them all make modular leg panels that let you attach the mag pouches of your choice.

TAG, SOE, and BDS all make good ones.

bear in mind, balance, weight, goal, accessibility, practicality,

Will you be wearing a secondary belt to which you run ONLY your holster and XX mag dropleg?  Separately from your main line rig?

Get some assless chaps with pouches sewn on.  Very metro-tactical.

no. the holster and xx mag will be hooked directly to my duty belt. i'm rethinking what i'm going to have on my duty belt though. thinking of adding one or two things.

this is priviate line work, not leo

wtf? that was so uncalled for it's not even funny. a person asks a serious question and you come back with that? i don't know if your having a bad day and need to lash out at someone  or what, but i wish there was an ignore button on ar15.com. that way you wouldn't see needless posts by asshats.

Actually, it was pretty funny.  You need to try reading it again after you dig up your sense of humor.
