Who does the mods to the retention snap straps on the Hellcat rigs? I saw pics of a modified Hellcat some time ago where the flaps were removed and bungee loops installed.

Can anyone offer to do this mod? I'm definitely not one to DIY with needles and thread. Maybe I should just get a Wasatch.
