Hi All, I am seriously considering buying a two piece TT MAV (complete) with the replacement shoulder straps. The one question I have is about the mag pouches....do they come with the bungee retention as well as the flap? Although quite different, the other consideration for a chest rig I had was the Hellcat (I know, done to death.) Any MAV owners care to give input( or any other rig users, for that matter!  )? Thanks! |

I have a MAV FS in the EE. They do have a bungee cord that tightens around the mag pouch. So if you want to leave the flaps open, you just tighten down the bungee a little for more positive retention. I do this a lot on convoys where my mags are not going to get lost anywhere. I have used a MAV in many different scenarios for a year or so. If there are any more questions I could answer just ask.
