[ARCHIVED THREAD] - ALICE/MOLLE Frame compatibility?

I have a Large ALICE pack but no frame; I was wondering if a MOLLE frame would be compatible with my pack.

I thought all the MOLLE suff was internal frame, not external frame like the ALICE.
