OK, why can't I figure out what make these harnesses are? (are they the same?)

I really like the tan rig, doesn't seem to wrap around the sides.
Looks like four mag pouches wide. Would work great for my smaller frame...

the one on the left looks the BHI Commando harness.....not sure about the one on the right

The black vest is Blackhawk and the one on the left is a Tactical Tailor Modular Plate carrier with Tactical Tailor pouches. They are both Wearing Safariland Holsters.
