[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Streamlight M-5 weapon light

Anyone have any experience with Streamlight weapon lights. Surelight fan, but found a good deal in a Streamlight for my pistol and wondering about quality, output, etc?

For a weapon mounted light....hmm, i'm not sure which light you're talking about but make sure it is shock isolated. A lot of streamlights use a Bi-pin bulb.

we use them on are s.r.t. team and they work good. we go through the batteries pretty quick though.

Thanks. I figured they would go through batteries pretty quick. This light would be a backup for my Surefire C3 which, by the way, eats batteries by the dozens.
