I recently purchased an extend mag tube from Nordic Components for my Stoeger 2000. This is the MXT type. Not even sure they make the older one now.
In any case it will only turn on one turn or maybe slightly less. I think is the wrong cap. However I remember looking for an extended mag after I got it a few years back, I seem to recall maybe the mag threads changing. I tried google but couldn't find anything now. This one is an older model. It has a chrome bolt which I don't think the newer ones before they switched to making the 3000/3500. The serial number is in the 105,000 range. I cant believe they made that many by then so maybe serial numbers may have started at 100,000 Anyone know anything about this before I call NC ? |
