I found this at Academy Sports and picked it up as an impulse purchase, it was $29.99 and five bucks cheaper than the tacstar (which I used to have on this gun). Looks like a Mesa Tactical knockoff. Here is what came in the package:
The shell holder is plastic and has tension screws for each slot. It mounts to a metal backing plate and then their is a rubber cover that snaps on and goes between the receiver and backing plate. 
It mounts using the trigger group pin holes with screws on each side of the new pins. 
Installation went fast but they only provide one of each Allen key so I pulled out my key set to tighten from both sides. I wanted to post up some info because I couldn't find much I the web. The shell holder feels very secure but does sit quite a bit wider than the tacstar I had before. Not sure if I like that. Here is the finished product, my fraken shotgun
