On the 590, the front sight base is dovetailed to interchange whatever you'd like. Standard was a blaze orange ramp and the tritium model was supplied by Meprolight as I recall.

I knocked out my front blade with the orange stripe and installed an XS Big Dot.  Very easy to do and very happy with the end result.

The rear was a plain black ghost ring with two horizontal white lines at 3 and 9 o'clock. Tritium up front only.
