A keltec shotgun that was made previously to the KSG they have out now? I had a buddy ask me about he. Said he saw it at a LGS and it had
the magizine tubes on top instead of bottom like the KSG.

Any info would be helpful.

Is he talking about the Neostead? It was not a KelTec design.

Sounds like the UTS-15 imported from Turkey.  The Neostead won't be found at any LGS...

Until I searched on that, I've not heard about the UTS-15 before. It is made in IL.

No this is a Keltec and not a Turkey made shotgun. I'm starting to think it was a prototype to the KSG but I can't find anything about it.

Definitely not a prototype, you just wouldn't be seeing that on a gun store shelf...

Yeah, we know. Thanks. The OP is saying his friend remembered a bullpup shotgun with the tubes on top of the barrel, not beneath.
