| Hey guys Ive been trying to find a mount/camera that I can put on my shotgun for wing shooting. Im not having any luck finding one on google. If you have any suggestions please let me know. |

Click To View Spoiler GoPro with flat sticker mount on the receiver works really well on a .410, the recoil of a 12ga moves the articulating knuckles quickly. The bad thing is seeing objects at a distance. Sorry I don't know how to line up videos down the page or get rid of the spoiler thingy! I once zip tied a contour to the forend of my 12ga it worked pretty good. Can't see the clays I was shooting at though. Here is one mounted on my .410 BPS with flat sticker mount. Got the quail, but you have to look really hard to see the hit behind the pine limb. I have tried every mount known with the GoPro on a 12ga with little satisfaction due to the knuckles moving under recoil. I think it is best worn on the head strap system. In this video at 1:46 you can see the head mount in use. Again not clays visible... dzc |
| I use a ContourROAM camera and it is awesome. For a mount, just find a mount that clamps on the shotgun with a piccatiny or weaver rail on the top. They make a weaver mount for the camera. Also the Contours come with a sticker mount and you can get the flex strap mount that would work as well with no other mount required. |
