| I have inherited a nice little bolt action .410 but it seems like it's mssing something. There's not bolt release that I can find and, while cycling the bolt, the bolt slides right out of the receiver if the safety is left in the fire position. If the safety is moved to safe, the bolt will retract but does not slide out of the receiver like a normal bolt action should do. It does not appear to be missing any parts either. Is the safety acting like the bolt release or am I doing something wrong? The only logical thing I can think of is that the gun needs to be on safe while cycling the action. Thoughts? |
