| So I was cleaning my 590A1 today and I found a chunck broken off of the safety block inside the receiver . It's a new gun and how it happened I have no clue. I called Mossberg to order one hoping they would send me one for free and they stated that I needed to have a gunsmith license to order that part. I am a full time Armorer for the Gov't but that wasn't good enough. She didn't even know what a Armorer was. I offered to send her various certs from classes that I am certified in but that wasn't good enough either. Oh well, I just found that Brownells has it anyway. Long story short their CS sucks ass!!! |
