I just installed a Remington Extended release/ follower assembly to work toward getting ready for 3 gun. I intend to mod the original ass'y with the DMW EZ loader, but I bought the extended one to bridge the gap & to use a fall back if I goof up the EZ loader install. I assumed Remington extended ass'y install was a straight drop in, without any tuning required, but the bolt will not lock back when empty when I hand cycle it. I have not shot it with the new ass'y installed yet. Any input will be much appreciated. Later! |
