Alright, I'm waiting on a can for my .22 and thinking about the next NFA item an I'm thinking about a Form 1 SBS. My one question is after I get my approved Form 1 back where can I find a factory 14.5 or 12" barrel? Or am I pretty much stuck cutting down the factory barrel? I guess that depending on what route I have to go will dictate my barrel length, I really like the the look of 12" but if 14.5" is what's readily available then that will be OK too, I just want to know what length so I can put that on the Form 1 and get the ball rolling on that.

Thanks in advance...

ETA: yes I am planning on a Form 1 870 SBS...

I assume you are planning to use an 870?

If so, and you decide to go with 14", BoTach Tactical has them for $119.95.

If you decide to go 12", your best bet is to have ADCO cut your barrel.  However, with the cost of the work and shipping, you'd be better off going with a factory 14" barrel, especially since you can sell your 18" barrel and recoup most of the cost of the 14" barrel.
