I have a HK import SBE. I am trying to replace the ejector spring.
I ordered a new one from brownells (301-000-088). The new one is half the length of the old one. What is the deal with this and how to I resolve the issue. |

I'm not sure...I've replaced a handful of ejector plates & springs on the early model SBE. I've never noticed a problem with the replacement part. Could it be that the newer springs are shorter and stiffer than the original?
I bet if you call Brownells Tech Line one of the guys will go pull a few of the springs and measure them to see if they are all the same |
