I just picked up a very lightly used M4. What chokes are you using in yours? Mine came with a modified in it. A spare modified and a full.

Mine didn't come with any chokes and it will not accept any.  I guess I'm no help.

I just got my full length tube for it!

Most of the time I use the factory Modified for it, but I also got a cylinder bore choke.

The factory mod.

Factory plain unmarked black modified choke.
I swapped it out for a standard silver benelli mod one because it kept unscrewing.

You use a real tube wrench, or that pos it came with from the factory?

POS from the factory.
The black choke tube kept unscrewing during firing, but the silver one doesn't.
I really need to get a better wrench.

It's not the choke, it's the wrench. I had that trouble until I bought a Briley speed wrench as well. Get some good choke-tube lube and crank down on it. The silver tube will unscrew too if you don't. Just takes a box or two more ammo.

I use the factory wrench. I tighten it as hard as I can by hand. I've never had my tube unscrew or get stuck even after several hundred shells before removal.

Different strokes, but 9x out of 10, factory wrench is what's doing it.
