Bought a "pre-owned" Scattergun Technologies 870 with the Surefire fore end.  With the switch off, the light flickers on and off when I manipulate the fore arm, even just twisting the mag extension can make it flicker on and off.  When the switch is on, it stays on, no problems.  Any suggestions before start taking things apart would be greatly appreciated.

Call Surefire. The warranty justifies the price of those things.

Like Gravity said, call them.   The light is warrentied for life, doesn't matter who owned it first.   They will make it right.

I'll  give them a call.  Having the light come on when you don't want  it is maybe worse than it not coming on at all!!
