[ARCHIVED THREAD] - New Moss 500

Just got a Mossy 500 and I want to cut off that ugly spacer thingy (in between the barrel and the tube., the directions are quite vague. Can someone school me on this?? Also ther are a bunch of tiny holes in the Solder job around the lower tube mount, is that normal?? Thanx allot, Ed
