Its an 11-87 barrel. I soaked the end in CLP (its all I had) overnight. Then I sheared the tabs off the wrench and it still didnt budge. Any suggestions?

You might try an ultrsonic cleaner if you have access to one, let it run for several hours.  Another method is to apply heat with a torch and see if that works, be very careful here.  If all else fails, carefully clamp the barrel in a padded vice, get a proper sized "E-Z Out" tool and use that.  This will destroy the choke, but it will get it out.  Damnable job, good luck.

Kroil is what we use at work to get stuck nuts, bolts, unions ect loose.  It is an oil designed to penetrate.  Every gun owner or DYIer should have a can.

You could also try freezing the barrel and then heating the end of the barrel. If all else fails maybe smacking the end with a plastic mallet may vibrate it loose?

Try maybe putting the barrel in a vice with some gasket rubber so it wont mess up the finish, and use channel locks to grip the choke wrench.
