Could someone please point me in the direction of a manufacturer/supplier of a forged extractor for a Remington 870?

Did you just call and ask for a Police extractor?

#16176  is the part number.I got the price wrong. They're $12.90.

#99046 is the MIM part that comes on express models.Just tell them you don't want the MIM extractor.

For parts information and ordering, please call 1-800-243-9700.

For everyone's information: I found that Brownells carries part number 16176 as well. Their stock number is 767-161-760. Price is a bit higher @ $14.96.

Does the express super mag have the MIM part as well, or is there a way to look at it and determine if it's MIM?

My 870's a super mag (turkey gun that's gonna get a second duty) and if it already has one i'd like to know.

Not sure if I could tell the difference but I don't have any MIM's to compare.I think I would be making a safe bet saying the express super magnum uses a MIM extractor.A call to Remington would be the easiest way to know for sure.
