A friend asked me to check his shotgun, a Springfield Model 67 series C. It has a broken part. The broken part is what I call the operating rod. It is the flat bar that is attached to the slide handle and operates the action. It is broken in half so I need to replace it. I found this on the Numrich site. I think this is what I need. Is there anything I should know before I order it and replace it? Is this a common problem with this shotgun? I have never broken one before, or any other part on a pump Remington or Mossberg shotgun. Thanks, Jim |
