I have a Benelli practical shotgun. I've been having feeding problems using Federal game load 12 2 3/4 1 7 1/2 for 3 gun. Every so often the gun doesn't cycle. I have cleaned and lubed it with the same results Can anyone recommend a reliable load for my Benelli

The only thing that runs reliably in my M1 Super 90 is slugs and full power buckshot. No birdshot or low recoil buck.

Pretty much all I shoot in my Benelli shotguns is Federal 12ga 7 1/2 shot.

Couple questions about your feeding problems:

1) when does it jam? Are you shooting the gun too fast? (That is how my Benelli Practical locks up from time to time)

2) Have you flushed or lubed the spring inside the stock?

3) Do you think your magazine spring could be wearing out? ( One time I put my 6 shot Practical tube on my Super Black Eagle and the SBE would jam)

Try a box of Winchester Super Sport 7 1/2. The Super Sports have a little more punch. Just buy a box to see if it is ammo related. The Super Sports are too much money to burn up in three gun shooting. I think they are $10 per box or more.

I would like to try that on mine but i cannot located the right size socket.  I think its metric and it need to be deep well and thin walled.

Mines a pre 97 M1 Super90 if it makes any difference.

Actually I was sighting in a eotech sight when this started happening. And yes I completely disasembled the gun and lubed everything. I shot a match, no problems, next match same ammo jam after jam after jam. A friend said that federal may have changed the load.

Buck shot does work, but most 3 gun matches won't allow it on steel plates or poppers

As far as the spring in the stock you don't have to take it off.  With the gun disassebled you can take the bolt and push in the plunger and apply the oil you wish and then just work the plunger back and forth.

you could try BBB

and lube that thing up.

find ammo that works reliably, and get two cases.

Try some Remington heavy dove, it is 1 1/8 oz shot.

BTW what all do you have hanging off the gun? Adding weight to a Benelli can throw the inertia system out of whack.
