I'm looking to add a TLR-1 to one of my shotguns. Two of the shotguns I'm considering don't have a mag extension, so I'm wondering if there is a mount that just clamps to the barrel, and has a short section of rail. Thanks |

We(Streamlight) offer a mount that you can attach to the barrel. Designed for the mag tube, but you can attach it to the barrel. Part number 69903. I just picked one up last week and compared it to the Ultra Stinger and Stinger LED. The Super Tac has a long throw and only uses two CR123A batteries. If you go with a Super Tac or TL2/3, we offer a special mount for those lights. I have one on my AR15 and it's a solid mount. |

It comes with hardware and I am going to just bolt it to the bottom of the factory front grip. It was $15.50 shipped. You could probably just use a 2 or 4 inch rail tho. Some members of this forum have pictures of the rail mounted with a light on their shotguns. Hopefully someone will chime in. |
