When I called customer service at Knoxx and told them what one of their dealers sent me they simply told me to ship it back to Sportsman Guide and never said anything about rectifying the issue or simply sending me the correct bolt. All they said was they acknowledged they had screwed up packaging the products with the wrong bolts. They have done the dealers and the paying customers a disservice and could care less about a few disgruntled folks which was quite evident by their response. They wont be getting any future business from myself nor any of my fellow L.E. partners. Regards, |

I just found out about this problem the hard way. I ordered and recieved 2 of these stocks from MidwayUSA. Went to try to mount one as a demo unit and saw the difference in threads. The 2 M500 Persuaders I have NIB are the ones with a factory installed shoulder stock and a pistol grip kit. I could swap the bolt from the pistol grip kit to the Knoxx but that would also entail widening the allen wrench access hole in the stock to try to get their bolt out. I emailed them last night.....Hurry up and Wait mode now.
