What type of fixed choke is a 590 barrel ? And is it healthy for saboted slugs

to be shot from it ?

It doesnt say on the side of the barrel? I thought mine did.

Anyway if its the 18" or 20" combat shotgun then, yes you can shoot slugs out of them.

thanks for the information. I was not sure if I could or not and it may say on the barrel but i will need to take the heatshield off to see.

You can shot slugs out of it just fine. I have the 590 combat model and use a lot of slugs out of it.
