There is a small piston inside the gas tube. there is a small hole in this piston. The hole in the piston must align with the gas port on the underside of the barrel. There is a pin on the action arm operating tube (the outside one) that holds everything together. Pull that pin and take the smaller inner piston out and inspect. Re-install correctly. Be careful. I have doen it myself so don't feel bad. |

Cool, keep me informed. I'm kinda curious. A schematic, huh? Could you send me a copy? I shot a turkey shoot today and had some problems. Mostly the hammer not resetting. I may have reassembled it wrong last time  After your other post, when i pulled it out of the safe to look at it, I found the note that i had written to myself last fall. "Check for doubles" I kinda figured i had screwed something up. They are a bear to detail strip. One needs three hands. |
