So I have the infamous FNX-9 DA trigger issue where the hammer doesn't drop at all if the gun is warm, and by warm I mean above 70F. Called FNH today and was told since it is a 2011 manufacture date they won't pay to ship it and was told it might be covered by warranty but they would have to look at it to determine that.

Sounds like BS to me, how would a gun that is three years old not be under warranty?

It really disappoints me that they have such terrible customer service. From what I've read on fnforum this was very common problem in this production range, and there is no recall and now they waiver about it even being covered under warranty on a gun that I bought new 2 years ago with 500 rounds down the tube.
