I've been looking at guns in this caliber.  From what I've read reloading here is extremely difficult.  Something about the "finish" ?? on the case wearing off.  I don't understand the problems here.  Could someone explain them to me?

The cases reportedly have a coating.
Loading them is a little trickier than most, setting the necks back, dealing with smaller cases, lubing the cases before resizing.  Case life may be limited, otherwise no big deal.
PS, But if you try to "stretch" the life of these cases the necks will need to be trimed.

There is a clear polymer coating on the case that will wear off as the case wears. It is only a problem if you ar loading for the P90. The coating is there to help the rounds slide in the magazine easier.  I load for the five seven so I don't worry about it.

It is a tricky round to load and you can get over pressure pretty quick! but it is not impossible to load safely. If you are a competent handloader now you should be okay.

There was a thread about a KB with reloads in a  P90 with reloads. I'm new to reloading so I'm sticking with 5.56 for a start and haven't gotten that far into it yet.

Probably doubled charged.

Round is really no different than other botleneck cartridges. Polymer coating on the brass is good to keep even being used in the FSN.  fivesevenforum.com has  good wiki on reloading this caliber. It's not that difficult.
