Whats the resale vaulue of a model 41 in box and only only fire 50 rounds thru it ...its a older 70s-early 80s model....basically mint to execllent

I'd guess $700-$800 as a starter, but I'm no expert on which production years of M41's were better or worse than others.

The year of mfg is on the original box. If said box is now missing, the only certain way to determine the year is from S&W. A factory letter is $30-35 these days. No clue if they'll just tell you the year over the phone or not.
