Went to pick up my suppressor today, the owner showed me a brochure for this SP22. It looks pretty neat. Anyone want to buy a lightly used buck mark? lol Walther SP22 ![]() ![]() |
It does, according to a thread on RFC. Look in the Walther section, for the thread about the SP22. There are even some photos of the adapter in a post from the manufacturer (also a member here) |
Well, if it works the same as the P22, it is very easy. The end of the barrel is sort of nut, and you unscrew it and screw on the thread adapter. Voila, instant threaded barrel for your can. Also inexpensive. Compare that to sending your Ruger off to be threaded or buying a Pac Lite upper... I must warn you, the 22 can is a gateway drug -- pretty soon you'll want to get a can for every major caliber you own, then you'll want to legally shorten some barrels, and then next thing you know you are contemplating getting a loan so you can buy a machine gun. Not only that, you'll begin to resent your fellow shooters with their loud and obnoxious unsilenced guns -- the civilized gentleman keeps his report down. It's a slippery slope, stop yourself before it's too late....
