Comparing the EB Special Forces vs. Wilson CQB.  Which would you choose between these?  Does either of these historically seem to be a better more reliable pistol?  Any reason I should stay away from either pistol?

They are both good to go IMO.

I would personally select the CQB for its frontstrap checkering and WC's excellent customer service.

both are extremely good to go!

I like EB but it is because i love their snakeskin checkering that they can apply to different models.  I like the feel much better than regular 30 LPI.  If i went with the CQB i would want 25 LPI anyway.  i feel that it is the best checkering between 20 and 30

This. When my time to buy came up, NH and LB were disqualified (too gaudy and spartan, respectively). Brown's scale deal never did much for me... even less as a first/only semi-custom. I have also heard better things about Wilson's service and seen it at work. I own a Wilson. Should I buy a second Semi-custom, I would get another Wilson over a Brown.

I love the Ed Brown SF because it is a very spartan gun, but seriously you really can't go wrong with either one of these.  It's kinda Ford vs. Chevy...except like Ford neither company needed money from the government.  Oh Snap!
