Try Chuck Warner-http://www.warnerpistols.com/

He's cutting some dovetails for me on a Colt Combat Commander slide. Hell of a nice guy and reasonable prices.

Innovative custom guns (Jim Milks) doing some similar work for me.  3-4 weeks I believe for the small stuff.  Nice guy & seems to know his stuff.  Used to be the in house guy for EGW.

Gemini Customs is another I can vouch for but last I heard he was 3 years out!

Why do you need the slide stop pin area need relieving? I had a very small job done by John Harrison and it was quick and nice.

I just talked to Chuck, he has not been at the shop for 5 days. His area was pounded by the snowstorm that hit the West and the MIdwest.

Roads have been closed and the power's been out.

He is hoping to get back in the shop today or tomorrow.

Got a response today and what I think is a very agreeable quote price and time wise.
Thanks!

I didn't tell him, but I've got a para alloy ltc incoming that will need some work too (checkering, front serrations, maybe shorter trigger), if this goes well I have more work for him.

He's been without internet. His area was hit yet again, with a snow storm.

I'm sure there was an explanation - but a week?

Week? That's nothing.

I sent some P220SAO safeties to a highly recommended Sig smith, who promised me a month. That was last September....it's now nearly Mid February and nothing.

Chuck's been without power for a few days, no internet and he is the process of something big-I promised not to say what....he will get back to you.

i'm ready to wait to have work done, but not wait a week for an email.  I'll try again, only cause his quality is amazing, and he's got a great name.
