Anyone have one? My fiancee made a deal with me,that if I quit smoking she'll buy me the 1911 of my choice.I will not only live a longer better life but I'll have a sweet pistol as well. I want a all stainless pistol with a commander upper and I perfer a officer lower.I'm looking at the Nighthawk T3, Wilson CQB Compact and the Ed Brown Executive Carry/Kobra Carry.Am I missing any?Which would you pick and why? I could have George Smith and his EGW crew make me one but I dont want to wait. Thoughts?

It works. As for Volkmann you won't find any bad reviews. He's a friend of a friend and comes from Ed Brown's stable. Really nice guy and down to earth from everything I've heard about him and his work... well you know. |

I would love to work for one of the big high end builders some day. Chantix also works my best friend is on it. He has gone from 3 packs a day to maybe 1 or 2 cigarettes in a day and can barely smoke them half way. The hardest part for me when I was in high school was breaking the habit not the nicotine. If at any time post the option of getting a new pistol or smoking cigarettes and let us do the convincing which one you need more. My bet is we will have a 100% consensus that you need the pistol more then the cigarette. |

From that list I would go Wilson just because that's what I have experience with. I doubt you can go wrong with any of those choices though. |
