Hi Guys,
Looking at Novak Extreme Duty Adjustable night sights... The slide I'm ordering from Caspian can be ordered with the correct (modified) Novak cut for the adjustables... My question relates to front sight height options on the Novaks. The options are .200, .215, .225 and .245... combined with two options for front sight base height, .060 and .075... Novak recommends the .225, but they don't say why, or which base height to combine it with. I just called them, but they're closed... What do you guys think would be the best / most logical choice? Which would you go with for a .40 cal commander length build. My inclination would be to go with the shortest possible combination (.200 post and .060 base)... Here's a link to the sights... http://secure.netsolhost.com/484978.494604/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=ricekintama&Product_Code=SALM03&Category_Code=coltadj[/URL] |

Ummm... thanks...!? I think... As mentioned... I did call them, they were closed - and it's the weekend, so... I thought I would ask around... you know, seek input from the well informed... the brotherhood of shooters helping each other out with a little 411... Any info regarding Novak's product (rather than their contact info) would be much appreciated... |
