i stripped my warrior down to clean it tonight and noticed something that might be a problem.  the roll pin just under the ejector has elongated the hole in the frame.  to my knowledge the pistol's frame has never been stripped down.  i did buy it second hand but it shows no sign of disassembly.  even the roll pin head doesnt look like it has been struck by any kind of instrument.  it did leave a little burr on the frame but i cant feel it when i pull the slide.  is this a huge concern?  the pin obviously goes all the way through the frame, so should i just watch it to make sure it doesnt get any worse of send it in?

eta.  id rather not have any "should have bought a springfield" comments if that is ok.

All that pin does is hold one of the legs of the ejector in place. SA glues some of their models in.

The elongation is really probably where someone hit it with a punch. Nothing to worry about, especially since, as you say, it's not dragging.

Enjoy!!!!!!

Make sure the pin is still tightly help in place by the frame. Make sure the slide and frame fit and slide without interference from the pin/hole. Make sure the ejector is still tightly held in place.
If everything fits and works the way its supposed to, I wouldn't worry about it.
ETA: I love my Warrior

Are you sure they diidn't peen the end a bit so the pin stayed put?

If it's not rubbing on anything, leave it alone.

it definitely looks like damage not intentional.  i will shoot it again and see if it affects anything since this is the first time i noticed it.

All this pin does is go thru a notch in one leg of the ejector to hold the ejector in the frame. It is under no stress whatsoever. Occasionally one can break a leg on the ejector, especially if it's a sloppy fit and it's loose but other then that, they take a long time to actually wear.
